I am a nonprofit professional and current chairperson for Micronesia Training & Development Institute, MDI Guam. A recent proposal I submitted to Serve Guam Commission for AmeriCorps funding was approved for over $200,000.
My grant writing experience includes grant applications for U.S. Department of Education Consolidated Grant under the State Agency of the Guam DOE. I also assisted in the Development Department of PBSGuam, formerly KGTF, Channel 12 - Guam Educational Telecommunications Corporation. I've been a volunteer for this vital organization for over 30 years!

- determine a price estimate for the project
RESEARCH
- final contract with price estimate is signed
- fill any gaps in the existing grant materials
- perform additional research into client population’s need
WRITE
- Working closely with you, I write the proposal to fit the funding authority's requirements.
REVIEW
- Again working closely with your team or a designated point of contact, I review and finalize the proposal, making sure its information is accurate and current.
SUBMIT
- I can help with the submission process, though I do encourage clients to submit proposals themselves so that they are the final point in the chain of submission.
